RSAkit 2.6 Released — Auto-Update LTSS Data

RSAkit 2.6 – Auto-update the Electronic Visit Verification data from LTSSMaryland

RSAkit has received an important and long-awaited update. Now you don’t have to deal with overloading the EVV (ISAS) data from LTSSMaryland to RSAkit.

Just let RSAkit do it.

RSAkit will automatically update the ISAS data every two hours. If you need the latest data immediately, just click the “Update Now” button (you can even do this from your smartphone). RSAkit will do all the work.

The automatic download status is shown in the queue as it was previously for manual uploads.

Of course, you can still use manual uploading.

RSAkit 2.5 - Caregiver message about missed clock-in / clock-out

Now caregiver could inform the office assistant online what exact time was missed if the caregiver was not clocked-in or clocked-out in the ISAS. 

The office assistant could then mark this time if the mistake were processed. This will allow him to be no longer distracted by this mistake.

If you implement these possibilities into your business processes, you can save time.

To help office assistants, a new “Missed clock in/out” filter has been added to the “Services by clients” page.

RSAkit 2.4.2 – ISAS data upload improvement

The new version improves the process of uploading ISAS data into RSAkit. 

The errors when different employees of the company start the uploads at the same time are excluded now. You can see the status of the uploads and the result. Also, you can see when your colleagues uploaded the data the last time.

RSAkit 2.4 - mileage & travel time compensations

A new 2.4.0 release of RSAkit was deployed. Its main features are connected with mileage & travel time compensations.

RSAkit now automatically calculates the estimated mileage and travel time if an employee worked with two clients on the same day. Then travel time can be taken into account when preparing a payroll.

We have added the following new reports:

  • Mileage & travel time
  • Mileage summary
  • Travel time summary
  • Payroll with travel time

In addition, several bugs have been fixed.

RSAkit 2.3 – Caregiver Portal

Good news for our customers. In the new version, you can assign access to the RSAkit portal to your caregivers. Caregivers can then see their clock-in/clock-out time and approved working hours online. Of course, any caregiver does not have access to the other employees’ data.

Another new feature in this release is an updated employee page. Now, when you click on an employee’s name on the list, you open a page with several tabs. The data is placed more conveniently.
