How to send online the actual time if clock-in/ clock-out was missed

If you see a red crossed chronometer icon in the data table of your account, you have missed clock-in or clock-out, or there was an error in the checking system.

You should contact your office as soon as possible. If your agency allows for online communication about the missing time, you can send the information directly from your account on the caregiver’s portal.

Click on the red chronometer. Now you can send a note to your agency about the missed clock-in/-out. Select the reason from the list (1). It may be “Forgotten clock in/out”, “Attempted to clock in/out”, “OTP is missing”, or “OTP is not working”. Then select the actual clock-in/-out time (2).

If you selected “Attempted to clock in/out”, you must indicate the phone number that you used (3) and the OTP number (4).
To send the message to the office, click on the “SET” button (5).

Now your time appears in red. The office personal can see it, too.

If you made a mistake, you could correct it.

After the State approves your missed time, the chronometer icon changes from red to black, and you can see actual and approved shift hours.

Notice. If the whole shift is missing (not shown in the data table), you should contact your management. To do it online is impossible.
