To check if any of your caregivers missed clock-in or clock-out in the particular week, go to the “Services by clients” page in the Main menu (1). Select the weeks you want to check in the calendar (2), then click on the “Missed clock in/out” filter button (3) on the subbar.
Next, use the search box list (4). This list includes only filtered clients for whom caregivers had missed clock-ins and clock-outs. Begin with the first name in the list, then move step by step, clicking on the arrow buttons beside the caregiver name. If a caregiver lost the clock-in/clock-out, the “red crossed out chronometer” icon (5) will be displayed on the shift line.
To check on whether any of your caregivers missed the whole shift (the clock-in AND clock-out, due to which there are no records in ISAS at all), go to the “Services by clients” page and use the “Underserved” filter (6). With this filter, the search box list includes only clients for whom caregivers worked on the week significantly less than were established by the client’s plan of service (7). In most cases, this means that the caregiver forgot to register the entire shift.
Begin with the first name in the list, then move step by step, clicking on the arrow buttons beside the caregiver name.
Finally, call the caregivers to obtain the missed time and details so you can fill in the “Missing Time Requests” on the LTSSMaryland portal.
