When you log into the application the first time, the application does not yet have any data. For the full-fledged operation of the application, complete data is required about employees, clients, and the services provided.
Likely, your first step should be to upload data about the services that were provided.
For this, you will need to download the data from ISAS and upload it to RSAkit:
After that, you can look at the dashboard to analyze the main trends of your business. You can view data on service visits by employees or by clients.
However, you still cannot generate a payroll because the employees’ salary rates have not been determined, and the clients’ addresses have not been entered for mileage calculation.
So your next steps are:
1. Enter caregivers’ data
2. Enter clients’ data
After completing all these steps, you are ready to use RSAkit.
