How to prepare an ISAS data file for manual upload to RSAkit

ISAS (Maryland’s In-Home Supports Assurance System) is one of the primary data sources for RSAkit. ISAS data are available on the LTSSMaryland Provider Portal. If you upload ISAS data manually, you must use the LTSS report named “Services Rendered Report Advanced.” You will need to download this report whenever you want to be sure that you are working with relevant data for a specified period.

See the short video:

Go into LTSSMaryland Provider Portal with your credentials and go to the Reports page (1):

Select “Services Rendered Report Advanced” and click on “View”:

In the request form, indicate sequentially the year (1), month (2), and week (3) of the data range you need. You must also select all your provider numbers (4) and all types of services (5). Check that comments are loading (6). After that, click on “View Report” (7).

After a while, the report will be displayed. Download the CSV report:

Important! After you download the ISAS report, do not modify it. If you opened it for viewing in Excel or a similar program, close it without saving it. Otherwise, some data may be violated.
