Auto-update ISAS data

The simplest and most convenient way to upload data from ISAS to RSAkit is to instruct RSAkit to do it automatically. To ask for the data, RSAkit needs your LTSSMaryland login and password. Your data security is crucial to us, so we process it on the exceptionally reliable secure servers in the US data center.

Note: If you prefer to load the data manually, refer to this section of the knowledge base.

See the short video:

To customize the process of auto-updating the ISAS data from LTSSMaryland, go to the ‘Upload visits’ page on the main menu.

Input ‘LTSS login’ (1) and ‘LTSS password’ (2), then click ‘Save’ (3).

Now RSAkit will automatically upload actual data daily at 4 a.m., 12 p.m., and 8 p.m.

To get data immediately, click on ‘Update now’ (4). The start of the upload is indicated by the ‘green’ message (6). Now the task of uploading your file is placed in the queue.

After a couple of minutes, you can see the task status (7) on the ‘Import history’ list. The download duration depends on the number of downloads launched by your colleagues and other application users. While the task is being processed, you can continue to work in RSAkit.

The app refreshes the status automatically about every 10 seconds. However, you can request the current status manually by clicking on the button (8).

The full list of statuses is: not submitted, pending, processing, error, success.

If you get an error status, wait some time, as the application will try to resolve a conflict if it took place between tasks. If this status remains after a couple of minutes, check your steps and try to upload a file again. If this error is returned, please ask support for assistance.

If you would like to stop the data auto-update, switch off ‘Regular auto-update’ (5) and click ‘Save’ (3).

To delete your password, erase it in the ‘LTSS password’ field and click ‘Save’ (3).

When you enter your login/password the first time, RSAkit can check it during the first entry to LTSS only. You can then get the next ‘red’ warning message when you visit the upload page next time:

Please, correct your data and save it again.
