You can upload employees’ data to RSAkit from a file in the CSV format. Data can be uploaded for any number of new employees. Data can be uploaded for previously uploaded employees and uploaded data will replace previous values. You can load the data in parts, for example, only email addresses or only phone numbers. Only some data is mandatory and must be present in any data file for employee identification. See How to prepare employees’ data file?
Prepare the file in any spreadsheets, for example, MS Excel, OpenOffice Calc, etc., following the requirements. Then save the data file as a CSV UTF-8:
Next, on the main menu, go to the “Employees” page (1). To upload the file, click “IMPORT” (2).
In the operating system window, select the employees’ data file prepared following the requirements, and confirm the selection.
The “Do you want to import this data?” window will be opened:
Browse the table. Make sure the data falls into the correct columns (3). Then click “START UPLOAD” (4).
The start of the download is indicated by the “green” message in the upper top corner of the browser.
After a while, you will receive a message that the download is complete.
If you receive an error message,
contact the support.
You can enter employees’ data manually if you do not have these data in electronic form.
