How to upload an ISAS data file to RSAkit

At first, download data from the ISAS website (See How to prepare an ISAS data file for upload to RSAkit).

See the short video:

Go to the ‘Upload visits’ page in RSAkit by clicking (1) on the main menu.
Click on the ‘Choose file’ button (2). The operation system window will open. Go to the ISAS file and click it. You will return to RSAkit, and the file name will be displayed in the (3) field. If it’s correct, click ‘Submit'(4).

RSAkit will analyze the file. Then the result of the analysis will be displayed (5):

The number of claims will be added and updated is displayed. If the uploading of this file will create new clients or employees, click on the arrow (6) to see details. This is important because you could have made a mistake in the names when inputting clients and employees earlier. If this is the case, return to the ‘Employee‘ or ‘Clients’ page and correct the mistake, then try to load the ISAS file again. Otherwise, you will have two employees (clients) in RSAkit for one person. Finally, click on the ‘Start upload’ button (7).

The start of the upload is indicated by the ‘green’ message (8). Now the task of uploading your file is placed in the queue. You can see the task status (9) on the list. The download duration depends on the number of downloads launched by your colleagues and other users of the application. While the task is being processed, you can continue to work in the RSAkit.

The app refreshes the status automatically about every 10 sec. But you can request the current status manually by clicking on the button (10).

The full list of statuses is: not submitted, pending, processing, error, success.

If you got an error status, wait some time because the application will try to solve a conflict if it took place between tasks. If this status is permanent after a couple of minutes, check your steps and try to upload a file again. If this error is returned, please, ask the support.
