The ‘Services by clients’ screen is designed to display data on the services received by clients and to revise hours worked by employees, subject to restrictions imposed by state law, for payroll.
The data is shown in two logically connected tables for the selected client and week(s). The bottom chart shows information about any service grouped by week, by day, and by employee. When you first access the data on hours worked by an employee during the week, RSAkit suggests setting the payable hours for the employee as they were approved in the ISAS. These hours are shown in the “Revised” column in blue. If you edited these hours, the edited value is displayed in black.
When cell (1) is edited, RSAkit helps you see the excess hours approved for payment. The amount (2) will be shown on a red background. You can select the value in the cell automatically by clicking on the calculator icon (3). RSAkit will set the value in the cell so that the number of revised hours equals the number of approved hours.
