Using Visits Summary Report

It is a good practice for caregivers to regularly (twice a week, for example) get the full report about their visits registered in ISAS. Then they can check on whether they missed clock-ins/outs or shifts and call the office about any mistakes they find.

For this, the Visits Summary Report is used. The report is a table organized by shifts, which contains the following data: date (1), customer name (2) and POS (3), clocked-in (4) and clocked-out (5) time, hours worked (6), hours approved by ISAS (7), and hours requiring authorization (8). The shifts are grouped by clients (9). Additionally, the report contains explanations (10) if ISAS adjusted the working hours. The lines that require the caregiver’s attention are highlighted in red (11).

RSAkit allows you to send the report of a selected period to one or more caregivers, or all caregivers simultaneously.

To send the report, go to the “Services by employee” page. If you intend to send the report to only one or more caregiver(s), select them in the search box one by one. You can type some letters of their first or last name in the search box, then select.

If no one employee is selected, the report will be sent to all employees who worked during the period chosen.

Next, click on the “Visits Summary Report.” The period previously selected in the calendar will be offered by default. However, you can change it.

Finally, click on the Send button in the dialog. The report will be sent by email as a PDF file to each employee’s address indicated on their page.

Notice. Sending reports to all caregivers may take a few minutes. This does not affect RSAkit in any way, you can continue working as usual.

We suggest establishing a rule in the agency. After caregivers get a report (for example, on two particular days a week), they must check their records, and if there is a mistake, call the office immediately.
