For payroll preparation:
You have two options to upload the up-to-date data from LTSSMaryland.
We advise let RSAkit upload the data automatically (see “Auto-update ISAS data“).
If you prefer to do it manually, at first, download to your computer the latest ISAS data for the weeks for which you will pay. Use the LTSS website (see “How to prepare an ISAS data file for upload to RSAkit“). Next, upload the data into RSAkit (see “How to upload an ISAS data file to RSAkit“).
RSAkit determines the duration of work shifts based on ISAS data. You should review these worked hours and, very likely, adjust them for payroll in the following cases:
If, in the billing period, you have changed the pay rate for only a few employees, it will be faster to enter the new values manually (see “How to input employee data manually“). If the change has affected many employees, you could load data from a file (see “How to upload the employees’ data from a file“).
Download the XLS file with the data for payroll to a convenient location on your computer (see “How to download the payroll report“).
Now you can review the payroll data in any spreadsheet application. Finally, save the file, as explained in your payroll application manual.
